Home Sweet Home

I just got home from a week in California and I can honestly say that I am so happy to be home.  In Oklahoma that is!!!!  Last week I helped out at The Miss Rodeo California Pageant and it was so nice to see everyone again.  I was able to visit with Jim Sculatti at Broken Horn who is one of my favorite people. Oh and I did do a bunch of shopping too.  The girls were all so pretty and they ALL did an amazing job.  Congratulation to Maegan Ridley - Miss Rodeo Norco - for winning the title of Miss Rodeo California 2008.  I know that she will do an amazing job next year and will make all of us so proud.  I finally got to go home Friday night and was honored to be the Grand Marshall at Stagecoach Days in my hometown of Banning.  The parade was so fun and they had a PBR that followed that evening.  Thank you to Cotton Rosser who lent me his wonderful queen horse "Socks"!  I was only at home for a day before I headed back home to OK to get ready for the clinic next weekend.
