This year I was privileged to be sponsored by Raviani Handbags and Cowgirl Jewels.  I met Ravi  and Dave & Shelia Salzbrenner in Dallas at the Dallas Market and they were wonderful.  Ravi donated three Raviani bags for me to use throughout my reign and Dave & Shelia made a custom pair of flip flops that match my bags.  I got a ton of use out of them all year long and I would like to thank them for their support this year.

Rose Parade

I just got home to Oklahoma from California.  I was honored to ride in the 119th Rose Parade with The Broken Horn Ropers.  The weeks events kicked off with a dinner and dancing at The Union Station in Los Angeles.  I was escorted all week by Roy & Dianne Nuckols and we had a blast.  I would like to thank them for donating their time and the use of their beautiful stud horse "Chance".  The next day we headed up to the LA Equestrian Center in Burbank where all of the equestrian teams that were in the parade performed.  It was a packed house and I also got to catch up with Marjon Brady-Brown (MRUSA 2000).  Then was off to the parade.  We had to be there at mid-night on the 1st.  We celebrated new years in the truck pulling onto the freeway where we parked and slept for about two hours before getting ready to ride.  It was such an honor to be able to ride as Miss Rodeo USA 2007 and I had such a wonderful time. I would also like to thank The Broken Horn Ropers and Felix & Teressa Lopez for allowing me to be a part of their team.
