Miss Rodeo USA
Sorry for the delay between blogs! It has been a very fast paced couple of days! My last day in Evans, Georgia was super fun! I got to hang out with Jamie, she was my host, we went to Boots, Bridles, and Britches and shopped til' we dropped! We met David, Wendy, and their son Matt for lunch. We sat and laughed until we cried! The rodeo started without a hitch. Cross Creek Rodeo Company did a great job! Until the bull riding came around and we as a rodeo family were at a loss when one of our own was hurt. I ask that you keep him and his family in your prayers for a full recovery. I want to thank the Evans rodeo committee for being so great to me, it will be a week I will never forget. I have made life long friends and lasting memories! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I left early Sunday to be back for Pauls Valley, for Thunder in the Valley. I am staying with my host family Lisa, my Miss Rodeo USA sister, David, and my girls Katie and Allie! I was back up bright and early Monday morning doing school visits and meeting sponsors. I had a great time with my host for the day Susanne. Now I am going to hit the hay early to try to catch up!!!!
